Allow me to Introduce Myself
Hi, I’m Emily—owner and founder of NorCal Wedding & Events. My journey into the wedding world began back in 2018 in the Bay Area as an assistant coordinator for Sealed With a Kiss Events. Since then, I’ve returned to my hometown of Sacramento, California, and followed my passion to launch and grow NorCal Wedding & Events across the greater Northern California region.
I absolutely love this area and all the beauty and adventure it holds. Being able to serve couples locally—right here where my roots run deep—is something I cherish. There’s nothing more meaningful to me than working closely with couples to bring their vision to life and walk alongside them as they celebrate one of the most important days of their lives.
I believe deeply in the beauty of love and the sacredness of marriage. It’s an honor to play a part in such a special chapter of your story, and I’m truly grateful every day that I get to do what I love.
When I’m not coordinating weddings, I’m a proud wife and mom to my two amazing kids, Hunter and Raelynn. My family is everything to me, and I’m especially thankful for the unwavering support of my husband—he’s my biggest cheerleader and a huge part of what makes this dream possible.
I’m also passionate about health and fitness, and in between weddings, you can find me coaching at Orangetheory Fitness, helping others reach their goals and stay energized—just like I strive to do in my work with couples.

Ashley has a gift for turning vision into reality, making sure every logistical piece fits together flawlessly so that couples can enjoy their day without a worry. From timelines to tiny details, she’s on it—always one step ahead.
Outside of weddings, Ashley is a proud wife and mom to her sweet daughter Hadlee. She shares a love for fitness and adventure, often spending her free time outdoors or making memories with her family. Her energy, passion, and heart make her not just a fantastic coordinator, but an even better teammate and friend.
